Pros

Fair compensation, but stay away if you are hired to work whitespace or long term deals! They don't understand how to compensate for long term selling. Good work/life balance

Cons

Does not understand Enterprise market A bit on the "cocky" side when comparing themselves to competition Stuck in the startup mentality Only focuses on small, short sales wins Only tactical sales, no strategic Lacking industry and reseller attention
