Can't think of any good reason to work for this company if you are a creative.

Cons

Lack of professionalism. Company doesn't care of talent and employees. Definitely, not the place to create the best work of your career. Is not an advertising agency.

Pros

Decent benefits HRA helps cover deductibles and co-pays Standard holidays and personal days

Cons

They tell you your role is "full time" only for you to find out later there's a time limit to your role. (Usually a year or less.) Total b.s. when it comes to job security. Make sure your "full-time" role is actually full-time and not some glorified contract for a one-time project.
