Will give you false hopes/claims during hiring process i.e. more leaves, no time tracking, no micro managements, etc. After you're hired, they'll release statements that to "increase professionalism": - we will demand that you work during holidays - we will track your time - we will track your location - The management can change and retract ANYTHING and ANYTIME. These are the constricting contradicting rules to what they claim during the hiring process FOR NOW. Monthly they release rules and regulations that restricts the freedom of their employees, so I'm expecting more man-hour extracting rules to be released.
