      Pros

      With remote work setup. Good salary for PH standards, since primarily we are working on a foreign client.

      Cons

      Will give you false hopes/claims during hiring process i.e. more leaves, no time tracking, no micro managements, etc. After you're hired, they'll release statements that to "increase professionalism": - we will demand that you work during holidays - we will track your time - we will track your location - The management can change and retract ANYTHING and ANYTIME. These are the constricting contradicting rules to what they claim during the hiring process FOR NOW. Monthly they release rules and regulations that restricts the freedom of their employees, so I'm expecting more man-hour extracting rules to be released.

      Pros

      The environment is not toxic and you get to be friends with your colleagues while maintaining a professional relationship. You are also given rewards for the achievements that you do and also learn a lot of things on the process of doing your job. Also the option of having to work at home is great especially now that there is pandemic. You get to be safe while learning a lot at home.

      Cons

      You can be competitive, but with yourself. Although there is little to no pressure while doing tasks, you still want to be the best and be competitive with your last achievements. This is okay but can be a problem when you're being too hard on yourself.
