I enjoyed working there when I did

The only pro to this company now is you get to work from home remote

The benefits suck, the management sucks, and the people that are left on the team are just fake back stabbers! When I first started this company it was one of the best companies I have ever worked for. But then they did multiple layoffs and a change of management to individuals who were CLEARLY not qualified to be a manager. The whole morale of the company just changed. And then they have someone on their leadership team who is working for two health organizations at the moment , which is a conflict of interest. But this individual is trying to report that other people are working for other organizations. 🤔 I just think she is not in a position to be in leadership, nor are the other 2 individuals on the team. This company also went from having multiple states contracted with them to two states now. And those two states are “iffy” at the moment. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone since the original managers were laid off.
