      Sometimes weather can be tough heat in summer and rain in winter but can find cover to keep working

      Pros

      You get in what you put out, but if you are energetic and take up shifts, itll go well.

      Cons

      If you don't have the right personality for it you wont enjoy it / be able to do it consistantly.
