This company give many opportunities - international experience, support from other Orange affiliates, trainings, workshops. The staff is professional. The company is one of the best employers in Moldova. Best salary and benefits on the market .
Cons
The trainings are not oriented to the needs of the employee (mostly due to the low budget). the workshops are rarely approved by management due to cost saving. The GOOD salary is based on the official market data, while the cost of living in Moldova is quite high. The benefits are good compared to other companies. No opportunities for job evolution within the company.
