Pros
Innovative, international opportunities, flexible working, friendly, excellent culture. Global brand. I worked for Orange for over 8 years in 3 different countries, overall it was a great experience and Orange always seemed to push the technology forward but still made it simple for customers to understand.
Cons
salaries not the best but still pretty good, can be a little political depending on where you work. Orange seems to have lost it's dynamic view recently and I think this is just that the industry as a whole is pretty static, yes new tech is available but all customers want are cheaper (free) calls and SMS. The telco industry needs a new step change/move forward!
