Pros
Quality work gets appreciated. Lot of opportunities to get good exposure to the relevant field. Lot of self motivated people around.
Cons
There is no direction for self development with no proper individual targets. Often you find the wrong guy having a upper hand being pushed into the wrong department while deserving people are left out. No proper rewarding policies. Appraisals are stingy. Most of the employees through third party rolls.
