      Pros

      works on all the EPBX products like Avaya, Cisco,Alcatel etc. So You will find variety and if You are lucky then You can learn atleast two of these. Good work environment.

      Cons

      No hike for off-roll employees. No growth at all. Bad management for field support as the manager never ever give You hike or take on roll.
