Less salary compare to market Bootlicking is there, especially in Indian management which has actually messed up this great company Have seen people with fewer skills and knowledge but sitting on top-level or sometimes promoted easily due to favoritism - you can say there are people who can't speak English and get the choke, can't even type emails...they are lucky to be a part of French company because if it was a British or American company not sure what would have happened to them
