Pros
High proportion of talented people. International/Multinational experience can be varied and stimulating. Good work-life balance. Good approach to tele and remote working (although this flexibility is abused by some people).
Cons
No/low opportunities for career progression outside of France and low cost countries. No/low pay rises outside of countries in which they are not statutory. Decreasing employee empowerment and responsibility. Training opportunities limited.
