- It was very new challenging environment since 2003 in Cairo - Egypt - Branding from "Equant" to Orange Business Services was very professional. - The one family spirit is the most lovely thing in OBS.

- The impact of Shift rotating working hours have a very serious impact on staff' life style. - There was some sort of unsatisfying players inside the teams because of middle management.
