      get the chance to work on various research topics and service concepts, not particularly related to only telecommunications

      Cons

      there is not a strong link between R&D and marketing/business units, one need to push really hard to have PoC reach the right marketing person

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year
