      Pros

      Work in a very dynamic company who leads the Israeli communication field. The company allows you to learn and develop while working close to decision makers.

      Cons

      It's hard to get promoted in the Economic department as the senior managers are not showing signs of retirement and the company is getting smaller and smaller every day due to the ultra competitive Israeli communication market.
