      Great benefit package. Good opportunity and exposure for career growth for entry level engineers

      Cons

      Excellent salary compared to the local national average but not up to the region or world standard. Weak career growth prospect. Not enough hire so you will be working for two or even three. Management is unreasonably stingy on training
