Pros

Great place to work for. Family atmosphere and lots of room to grow as long as you work hard.

Cons

High turnover. Many people who are hired have experience unrelated to our industry and therefore only see their position as a "job" and not a "career." Causes some instability in the departments.

Pros

I have been working for Orange Legal for almost a year now and I feel lucky to work for a company that values its employees as much as Orange Legal does. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within the company and managers are constantly making progression plans to ensure each employee is developing personally and professionally. It is inspiring to know that many of the current managers/executives originally started out in entry level positions in the company. The company culture is another reason why I love working for Orange Legal. Management finds unique ways to incorporate fun into the work week, and the company feels like one big family.

Cons

Some days can be stressful because of the fast-paced environment, but getting through those days makes work that much more rewarding.

Pros

In the two years I worked at Orange I learned a tremendous amount about the legal industry, business and customer relations. Even though I moved on to a position with another company that was more taliored to my degree, I credit my time spent with Orange for preparing me more than college ever did. The fast pace made the weeks fly by, The personal touch and old-fashioned "customer's always right" mentality made even the most hectic weeks rewarding. Although I love my new job and company, I miss the great benefits package at Orange that not all companies can offer these days.

Cons

This was a fast-paced, growing company that often challenges staff to learn quick and be responsibile for their positions. Due to the importance of the work, there was a lot of accountablility placed on each team-mate for their work assignments. During the first 90 day probationary period they make you cross-train in all departments which is overwhelming due to the vast amounts of information. Management expected excellence of everyone along with a smile in their voice. The close working quarters could sometimes get annoying, but I ended up making great friends at Orange that I still see socially.
