Mission-driven organization with meaningful goals

Undermining trust by expecting employees to volunteer during a busy time, only to later eliminate essential roles. Unprofessional behavior, including whispering and open gossip in shared workspaces, negatively affects morale. Budgeting decisions often feel misaligned with organizational needs including spending on low-impact workshops while essential staff roles are cut.
