Great manager/director on certain teams. If youre unlucky enough to work under certain managers it can be detrimental to your success in the company. Did offer fully remote, no BD on certain desks, on MSP for good clients.

I was contacted online by a consultant about filling a position. When I responded for a follow up conversation as I was interested I got no reply to emails/phone calls/DM. Using the company website I managed (after several weeks) to get a response. I was told that the consultant in question 'had gone on annual leave' - a response that I find it difficult to understand as it is VERY simple (and basic) to have an automated out of office replay activated. I was not impressed my the poor communication and dismissing of my query, even though I pointed out that they had contacted me in the first place. I have experiment similar ghosting from a second consultant - ZERO response or acknowledgement. This is abysmal when even a basic automated reply is not that difficult to set up.
