Pros
PE Global is a great company to work for, they are commercially very smart, they are involved in a a number of different business areas and as a result they are very stable financially. Also this means that there are plenty of opportunities to move up in the business or make a move laterally if you want it. I found that if you have an idea for a financially viable division they will support you fully. The management style is very different to any other agency out there, once you work hard and produce results they trust you to get on with the job in hand. I think from my own personal experience PE Global will suit someone who is self driven, hard working and has a mature approach to managing your own day. It's a great location with free parking and great hours, a four thirty finish on a friday is class. Overall I think it's a great company, great management team and a fun sociable team. I only left because I got a job closer to home but the decision was a tough one to say the least.
