Pros
- biscuits and tea provided
Cons
- unrealistic expected work load and pressurised goals for all staff, no matter the role, with little support from management to achieve any of this
- within 3 months multiple staff from different branches quit and left. These absences of staff were not filled, leaving the work to everyone else
- micromanaging from top to bottom, careless and unprofessional management
- expected to know everything immediately with little training
- “training” consisted of shadowing another employee who had only been there a couple of months themselves
- no progression opportunities
