      Pros

      The customers and 'some' staff who are subject to the awful place !

      Cons

      Terrible management who should seriously be doing something very different rather than being involved in training! Absolutely fake in every respect and happy to misguide and lie without question. They have no care for customers or staff and running 'sub' contracts in the way they so would make the contract holders shudder! - I witnessed activities that would make tax-payers turn in their graves! I have worked for 5 companies in my over 20 year work history and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review!

      Good colleagues and okay work environment due to people Good work life balance and little to take home Straightforward interview process

      Poor management Poor company direction Lack of training until mistakes have already been made Poor pay Do not act in line with the company values

      Awful company to work for

      Pros

      None really. The grassroots staff there usually have a laugh and mock the company for what its worth.

      Cons

      Eveything. Low Pay and conditions. Poor resources and computers. Bad management,. Zero communications. VERY high turnover of staff. No support or training. Blame culture. Not bothered about learners, only £££ signs. I could go on and on.
