Terrible! - Manager PHX Training Employee Review

Good support from manager, lots of feedback and opportunities to develop

Poor pay structure, reviews only annually and based solely on KPIs

the learners who benefit from the courses

-the workload is absolutely unreal for the staff that stays due to people leaving all the time -there are colleagues doing a fantastic job who should be in management positions instead -senior leadership lacks the integrity to do business; they cut corners to increase profits when they can which is quite disgusting since the company runs government contracts, risking reputation and job security -they're cheap and count every penny before spending it -some of the staff members are really unprofessional and complain in front of learners or new staff -complaints are not really dealt with, HR is very slow -all profits go to the owners at the end of the day, who really don't bother to get to know their staff
