-the workload is absolutely unreal for the staff that stays due to people leaving all the time -there are colleagues doing a fantastic job who should be in management positions instead -senior leadership lacks the integrity to do business; they cut corners to increase profits when they can which is quite disgusting since the company runs government contracts, risking reputation and job security -they're cheap and count every penny before spending it -some of the staff members are really unprofessional and complain in front of learners or new staff -complaints are not really dealt with, HR is very slow -all profits go to the owners at the end of the day, who really don't bother to get to know their staff

- unrealistic expected work load and pressurised goals for all staff, no matter the role, with little support from management to achieve any of this - within 3 months multiple staff from different branches quit and left. These absences of staff were not filled, leaving the work to everyone else - micromanaging from top to bottom, careless and unprofessional management - expected to know everything immediately with little training - “training” consisted of shadowing another employee who had only been there a couple of months themselves - no progression opportunities
