      Pros

      Good place to start a sales career and transition into different industries like chemicals, MRO, construction etc. I have my current job because of poolcorp.

      Cons

      The most unprofessional team I have ever worked with. Other sales reps are rude and insecure. Some are lazy and are paid to do nothing, always show up late, and then complain when they actually have to do work when things get busy. The warehouse is so slow which results in customers getting rude and losing confidence. The Sales center manager, regional manager, and warehouse/ops manager are the only people that take this job seriously and carry themselves professionally.

      Pros

      My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!
