PUMA does a lot to strengthen these "bonds" with offering a great deal of leisure time events where one can meet many interesting people and make new friends also from other departments. Professionally there are several trainings that one can attend to gain more knowledge and skills. There are travels to liasion offices or suppliers that might be important experiences in the own career. PUMA has a good and supportive works council that also worked out some very pleasant conditions to improve work-life balance.
