Thank you very much for your important feedback! We recently announced a new Creative Director for the Boston Apparel team- effective November, 2016. We look forward to their contributions and impact on the design teams in Boston. Our small team size of Designers allows everyone to play a large and elevated role in the creation of product and truly own their product lines, as you have stated here. Finally, we are not exempt from occasional turnover on our teams across all departments. For Apparel Design, we are lucky to have replaced recent resignations with very talented and creative Designers in the hopes of constantly helping shape the look and feel of our products.
