We do understand the tough job that our store staff has to do front ending at the stores and we appreciate these efforts through our various Rewards, Training and Engagement programs. We would recommend you to reach out to your HR business partners and discuss your concerns with them. Our HR business partners are trained to handle these matters with confidentiality and sensitivity.
