Pros
Their is no benefit to give our precious time to this organisation. They cut money from your salary that will paid to you after 12-14Hours of Shift. Pls don't give your precious time to this organisation there is no future in this organisation
Cons
We don't have fix time to go home. They will fix there in late nights. We go home at around 4:30 AM in the morning. Means around 13-14Hours of Shift without any extra pay or bonus. Instead of take care of their employees they will cut your salary in the name of cash short amount. It's not our responsibility to pay from our salary to company. This is very serious issue. They can call you anytime to come on Shift without any extra payment. They will just harras you.
