There is no pros as it was the biggest mistake I have done joining this firm without proper query only thing is if u want to die you don't have to go to border just join this firm

Everything they sell you is a lie Salary which they offer is way too low for the work you do No proper timing for shift as this will lead to unbalance in your personal and professional life No growth No hikes even if you get it in next few years that will be merely 500 bucks They don't look your qualification or experience just feel like working for some dumbs Even they take money for uniform which you will never get They will make rules and regulations and when you follow that and if issue happens because of that they won't support

Their is no benefit to give our precious time to this organisation. They cut money from your salary that will paid to you after 12-14Hours of Shift. Pls don't give your precious time to this organisation there is no future in this organisation
Cons
We don't have fix time to go home. They will fix there in late nights. We go home at around 4:30 AM in the morning. Means around 13-14Hours of Shift without any extra pay or bonus. Instead of take care of their employees they will cut your salary in the name of cash short amount. It's not our responsibility to pay from our salary to company. This is very serious issue. They can call you anytime to come on Shift without any extra payment. They will just harras you.
