Nothing much, at least you will be engaged with your work .you may enjoy since it's cinema.

Cons

People who call them as a leader for future they're actually stand for not even for manager position. Shrinkage will be decided based on personal reasons and personal liking. This is how top management works. If you are too much honest than this is wrong place to work , because they won't value them .
