Pros
You learn a lot with communicating with clients, learning new tools and strategies and decent work life balance. IF YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TEAM, with the right people you will get to work with very smart and well seasoned employees.
Cons
Over worked, super underpaid. A lot of micromanaging instead of trusting your employees skill set. I am getting paid 50k more after leaving (food for thought). They have made a point to value college education and degrees more than experience and talent. You will be overworked and work more than 40hrs a week for a really low raise, low bonus or nothing, yet they keep winning work? Benefits are,,,,ehhh..okay... Some employees who have been there for 15 plus years make less than newly hired younger employees...there's something very wrong about that.
