Pros

There are some great people there

Cons

-Low pay -Really poor time off policies which has breed a culture that frowns on taking more than a day or two off at a time. Even when you’re off, people will call or text . -Only 15 days a year for both vacation, sick, and personal time is just pathetic. -When people leave, they replace them with lower-level people which saves them money but doesn’t reward employees for the work they do -employees are undervalued. The company flaunts having employees with graduate degrees to get clients, but don’t compensate them accordingly -Access to LinkedIn Learning is nice, but it doesn’t constitute robust professional development opportunities -Making employees go back to the office under the guise of collaboration is false. We’ve been working well remotely for years -Lots of turn over. You’ll spend a lot of time onboarding and training new people as they come in and out -It’s great to be proud of the work, but the company has gone too far. It feels like people are drunk on the koolaid

Pros

You learn a lot with communicating with clients, learning new tools and strategies and decent work life balance. IF YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TEAM, with the right people you will get to work with very smart and well seasoned employees.

Cons

Over worked, super underpaid. A lot of micromanaging instead of trusting your employees skill set. I am getting paid 50k more after leaving (food for thought). They have made a point to value college education and degrees more than experience and talent. You will be overworked and work more than 40hrs a week for a really low raise, low bonus or nothing, yet they keep winning work? Benefits are,,,,ehhh..okay... Some employees who have been there for 15 plus years make less than newly hired younger employees...there's something very wrong about that.

Pros

Working on health communications can make a difference in people's lives.

Cons

Acquisition and much corporate change over the past several years. Many mysterious layoffs/terminations. When they were a smaller company, they would try and work with your strengths. Now it seems to be more of a popularity contest. Strategic comms project managers are the queen bees.
