Pros
The role itself was simple and enjoyable at times. The brand has beautiful products, and helping customers find meaningful jewellery pieces could be rewarding when things ran smoothly.
Cons
Management was the biggest issue. There was little to no structure, communication was poor, and training was inconsistent. New staff were often unprepared but still held to high expectations. Favouritism was clear, feedback wasn’t taken seriously, and formal complaints about unprofessional behaviour were ignored or brushed off. There was a noticeable lack of respect from leadership and no real support for staff growth or wellbeing. The work environment felt toxic and unorganised, which made it difficult to enjoy the job or feel valued as part of the team.
