Pros
Working with new products and prompts is always fun, and I enjoyed sharing the new beautiful pieces with the customers. Discounts were nice, 60% off with a limit of spending $5000 per month I think... I never spent that much so I'm not sure.
Cons
Staff cliques made the work environment toxic overtime. Staff started to bully newer staff members and Christmas casuals and as an older staff member this was gross to watch - after standing up for some people my shifts were reduced. HR ignored me, I left emails and messages, no calls were returned when attempting to inform them of my managers misconduct. Managers and other old staff believe that work comes before health: I had a medical episode (they are aware of my heart condition - I became unconscious and threw up) was then reprimanded for not answering the phone to accept the opportunity to 'pick up a shift'. When I could I informed them of my situation, then during my next shift my manager yelled at me in front of other staff and customers saying that "I let the team down and she was incredibly disappointed I didn't put Pandora first", I reminded her I was unconscious. I was told that next time I needed to let them know before I was going to faint, so they knew that I wouldn't answer. They then didn't give me shifts for 3 months so they had a reason to terminate my employment and they did.
