Pros

Learn a lot about leasing and property management. If you are at the right property things are usually pretty smooth.

Cons

Upper management is very sneaky. They try to make decisions for you without your consent. They say that they have an "open door" policy but you are actually reprimanded when you try to talk to anyone in upper management about career opportunities. There are a lot of people in the company who only get to move up because of who they know. It is very catty and there is a lot of back stabbing.

Nice properties. A lot of great people!

I had high hopes when I joined this company, but my experience was quite disappointing. The company culture is undeniably toxic, with a lack of respect and support from management that is evident on a daily basis. Regional managers seem disconnected from their teams and often communicate in a condescending manner, which creates a hostile work environment. Instead of fostering collaboration and growth, they prioritize their own agendas, leaving employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. There’s little to no support for professional development, and feedback is rarely constructive. The atmosphere is one of fear rather than encouragement, leading to high turnover rates and low morale among employees. If you're considering a position here, I would advise you to think twice. A healthy work culture is essential for employee satisfaction and productivity, and unfortunately, this company falls short in that regard.
