Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm pleased to hear you've experienced great people and collaboration during your time with us. Our culture of teamwork is something we value deeply, as we believe that together, we can turn challenges into achievements. Your observation about promotion timelines is noted. While we understand that promotion timelines can sometimes feel lengthy, we continue to support professional growth in various ways, like strength assignments and cross-training for other responsibilities. Your suggestion about leadership training for line managers is valuable. We do invest in our managers through our New Manager training and our ongoing Managers Matter program, as effective people leadership is crucial for team success and employee satisfaction. If you have additional thoughts, please contact me at Tom.McGoldrick@Parexel.com.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

Pros

The only pro is that they offer remote work.

Cons

I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
