      Good hiring agent otherwise none

      Cons

      They can fired you while on probation period when you are on sick leave. Micromanaging of the highest level. No online before 9:00 or after 17:30. No offline between 9:00 and 17:30.

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
