Pros

- Wide range of people, some good and uplifting others are downers and stuck in their ways. - Opportunity to work from home, but questionable work-life balance since you are expected to always work late and on weekends to meet unreasonable deadlines - May get approved for nice training if you know who to ask - Good benefits and vacation time, easy to work with HR

Cons

- Company is lost.... very poor communication and everyone is kept in the dark until too late - Rounds of layoffs including Engineering coming but no communication in that regard from management - Gossiping and wining all the time, very little emotional stability in eng management. - Company is not growing

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

Pros

The only pro is that they offer remote work.

Cons

I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
