      Great working environment, my peers were really helpful and in my case i did not have any problem with the expertise of my support team.

      Cons

      The salaries in Argentina could be more competitive, most of the people gain experience and then go to other companies with better salaries. Now the company is a bit unstable.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
