      Professional in some areas of operation

      - Favouritism based on color of skin - For a city full of talented, well educated and experienced applicants from various cultures spanish, asian, african, the Berlin branches have absolutely negligible (if any) colored employees. This just confirms the negative image the Berlin subsidiary has regarding racial profiling. - Salary is more or less just about average

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
