      Pros

      PAREXEL is a fantastic company to work for. They treat employees very well and care about their career development and social care. Senior Management are fair and want staff to succeed in their roles.

      Cons

      Long term employees are promoted from within and this can take some time, but remain loyal and it pays off.

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
