Pros
Very interesting work which is truly global. Feel like I am part of a local and international team. Have colleagues I can trust. Great benefits with lots of choice, my annual pay increases have reflect the increase responsibilities of my role. Growing company with great future plans - so lots of opportunity
Cons
Far too many projects ongoing at one time, lack of clear vision from management, long hours are not expected but are needed to do the job so you end up working very long hours.
