      Pros

      Flexibility in working schedule although depending on manager. Friendly coworkers. Good training opportunities.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency when it comes to promotion opportunities. Not very competitive salary, especially when comparing to the amount of work required to do and extra hours.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
