All the positive comments must have been written by the management itself, I am sure. You can join this company if you want to ruin your career. You will never get your Performance Bonus and Retention bonus on time. At times they might cut your bonuses without giving prior notice. The appraisals process is awesome here! They will call you for discussing your appraisals but the envelope with the appraised salary will be ready and will be handed over to you! How is this even appraisal discussion ? There is no negotiation on the appraisals, its just formal handover of what they have decided.
