Cons
- Hiring is not on merit but only budget oriented. - Salary is one level low as compared to the industry standards. If you are a manager your package would be that of a an AM, senior developer paid like junior etc. - Salary structure is bad. They would promise you a package and then they would add elements like performance bonus and retention which is paid quarterly. 10-20% of performance bonus can get deducted. Hence you would not get the promised salary on a monthly basis. Such a structure is planned so that the company has more working capital and can hold money longer. - Moreover bonuses also get paid late. Miser management and the company is being managed more like a grocery store. - The CEO is very rude and arrogant. Will Publicly criticise employees and also humiliate them. Comes on very hard on employees incase of disagreements. Has a temper problem. - There is no appreciation and motivation to employees from the management. - Bias management. Tech employees are favoured more. - Negative atmosphere. The revenues and profits of the company are dipping each day and there is lot of pressure on the employees. - Micro management to the core.
