I want to start by saying that this is not my first office job. This is, however, the first job I have been in where I feel my growth is actively supported, the work is seen as a learning experience, and everyone genuinely cares about the population that we serve. I am paid a livable wage, my supervisor is flexible if I need a schedule change within reason, I actually look forward to coming to work, which, needless to say, is a first.

You are doing very meaninful work with a great group of people. Senior leadership listens and respects your opinions and is always willing to offer a helping hand. You never feel like you cannot ask them questions.

There is room for improvement on communication and becoming more organized.
