Working with great coworkers, a good management team, and meeting and helping VIP, celebs, and providing them with quality, beautiful clothing. Healthcare, robust benefits package, great PTO. Recieved alot of attention from prominent companies and designers after working here.

High pressure on sales numbers Unfortunate competetion from other sales people, leading to a potentially very combative sales enviornment, and causing friction among the team. Little support from management when it comes to solving interpersonal issues, others stealing sales from you, etc.
