Work place bullying

Pros

Young team leading into long term friendships. Decent uniform and discounts. Good place to work for short time work.

Cons

Workplace bullying by manager and supervisor seen it done to 3 people and now to me. Bad head office based in UK. Area mangers and some departments are third party outsourcing company therefore no one will pass on the teams point of view and feelings as everything is discussed only through store management to upper management. You will feel belittled, discredited and invalid working here. No career progression manager and supervisor willing to step over others to get what they want. Minimum wage pay with bad percent commission. Long hours no overtime pay. Don’t bother applying if you want a long retail role.

Pros

Great people to work with, meeting some nice clients. Uniform benefits and good discounts

Cons

Head Management is in UK don’t know anything about how we operate daily. Worst commission rates. Bad pay. Supervisors work harder than manger for little pay. Mangers taking most clients when foot traffic is already limited which leads the rest of the team getting told off for not “performing well” No career progression.
