Cons
Operations repeatedly creates issues with new clients I have worked for months on selling. Ultimately, the client leaves and is unhappy. It seems as if every prospect I sell has a major issue about one thing or another during the implementation process. Furthermore, I feel as if every deal comes down to the wire and ultimately may not run because of these type of issues. VERY FEW deals convert smoothly. Operations goes out of their way to make the sales reps pick up basic information that they could ask for themselves. The Preview software looks antiquated and is not as user friendly as many other payroll applications. Sales representatives turn over frequently
